Autism Social Skills

This group is designed to help connect individuals who have shared struggles understanding and navigating social interactions with their peers; connecting over the ups and downs of making and keeping friends as a neurodivergent individual in a neurotypical world.

Members will learn evidence-based skills from the facilitator that they will then use in practice, but they will also learn from each other as they share their individual experiences.

Women's Group

Change is hard. Change is scary. Change takes time. Change does NOT happen alone.

Whether you’re married, single, dating, divorced, or separated and wondering what’s next, it’s pretty safe to bet that some of our most painful experiences happen within relationships. It only makes sense then that healing will also happen within relationships. That’s why a new women’s group will be meeting weekly to examine how we ended up where we are and determining the steps we need to take toward our authentic self and fulfilling connection.

Facilitator: Michele Simmons, LPC

Who: Women experiencing change in their lives

When: Thursday evenings, 6:30-8PM
